乐队简介

英国伦敦的三人团，由Jonathan Fugler、Michael Bryant和Michael Tournier组成，於1989年正式成立，是个挺长寿的团体。这三位老兄不仅是住在一起的室友，也因为对音乐的爱好，同时分享一间录音室。 历经了Acid House,Techno,Trance,Ambient,Breakbeat,电子摇滚等乐风的洗礼，欣赏Fluke逐年的音乐，就可以大略听出当时电子乐的趋势。1986年受到Acid House的影响，他们便开始从事创作。早期的作品如Thumper即很受欢迎。 虽然Fluke藉由95年的专辑OTO进入了英国金榜，但97年发表的Risotto电子摇滚专辑，才应算他们的创作高峰。这张专辑中的多首单曲皆被电玩游戏和电影当作配乐采用，如单曲Absurd的混音版即出现在电影Tomb Raider，而最红的单曲Atom Bomb，亦是为了PS电玩赛车游戏Wipeout 2097所制作的，其亦出现在电影X-Men的广告中。在Atom Bomb的MTV中扮演Wipeout 2097之女主角Arial Tetsuo的Rachel Stewart，尔后亦成为Fluke在现场演出时不可缺少的一员。 Fluke的音乐虽然常出现在电玩和电影中，但Fluke团体本身的知名度，似乎不是很高。其实，论音乐的深度和现场表演的能力，Fluke不会输给大牌DJ和别的团体，只是他们行事很低调，除了发表作品，做现场表演，就没太多动作了。就如同他们在音乐中出现的歌声一样，总是低声的喃喃细语。有时他们还会将人声变得像机器人的声音。
